Board Meeting Public Comment

Procedures for all CFX public meetings have been temporarily modified to allow public meetings to occur remotely and reduce the spread of transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Any public comments to the Board shall be emailed to* or can be submitted via the form below. Public comments must be received by the deadline noted on the Board Meeting Notice to be included as part of the record.

Please indicate the agenda item number related to your comments in your email subject heading or as indicated in the space below. All comments will be shared with Board Members but only comments related to board items being voted upon will be included in the record. Public comments may be read into the record except that if the comments exceed 3 minutes in length, when read, they will only be attached as part of the minutes.

*Under Florida law, all information providing on this form is public record. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send submit this form. Instead, contact the Expressway Authority by phone.
