The CFX Board has adopted a set of documents to establish broad policy initiatives for conduct of the Authority’s business. These policies are made available here to fully inform the public on the content of those policies.

The Annual Inspection Report provides a rating of CFX roadways, buildings, and bridges under CFX jurisdiction. The report serves as a tool for CFX to identify and prioritize the areas of the system that are in need of maintenance.

The monthly statistical report is provided as interim information for management’s use. The treasurer’s report, debt service ratio report, cash flow report and other financial information contained herein is prepared on a modified cash basis and has not been audited, nor should it be deemed final.

The traffic and earnings report describes current traffic and revenue trends and provides short and long-term traffic and earnings projections.

The System’s Traffic Data & Statistics Manual provides a complete set of summarized data relating to traffic volumes, traffic characteristics, toll plaza operations, and interchange lane configurations for CFX’s expressway system. In addition, system mileage, system lane miles, toll rates, distances and toll costs between interchanges, and number of toll plazas and tolled lanes are also included in the manual.
