Drive-Up Customer Service Reload Lanes

On the go? Reload is on the way.

Reload is an in-lane, drive-up customer service program that makes opening and adding funds, or reloading, E-PASS accounts more convenient and efficient.

How Reload Lanes work:

    • Drive up to an E-PASS Reload Lane
    • Open a new E-PASS account and get a FREE E-PASS sticker or Uni
    • Add funds to an existing E-PASS account
    • Drive on!

The whole process takes less than 3 minutes.
Reload Lanes are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Reload Lanes accept cash, credit and debit cards. Reload Lanes are the only E-PASS customer service locations that accept cash to open an account or add funds to an existing account.

Why Reload Lanes? As more drivers pay tolls electronically, the need for manual lanes to collect cash payment for tolls has decreased. Reload Lanes convert manual toll lanes, which have continuously decreased in total traffic over the last ten years, into a customer-centric solution. In Reload Lanes, customers can open an E-PASS account or add funds to their E-PASS account while on the go. Reload Lanes eliminate the need for CFX customers to enter a walk-in center or go online to open an E-PASS account or add funds with cash, or credit/debit card.
