Here’s how it works:
Before you get started, have your Pay By Plate invoice or driver’s license available. To redeem, you must pay all outstanding toll bills and open your E-PASS prepaid toll account.
STEP 1 – Download the E-PASS Toll App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
STEP 2 – Select Pay Your Toll Invoice on the welcome screen of the E-PASS Toll App.
STEP 3 – Select all unpaid toll invoices (you must select all to receive the offer).
STEP 4 – Follow the instructions to sign up for your E-PASS prepaid toll account. You will be asked to make a $10 deposit in prepaid tolls that will be available to you for future toll payments.
That’s it! We will automatically apply the reduced rate to your total outstanding toll balance.
