Results from the Central Florida Expressway Authority‘s (CFX) 2016 Customer Opinion Survey show high customer satisfaction rates, with 97% of survey respondents calling themselves “satisfied customers”.
The 2016 Customer Opinion Survey, conducted in December 2016 by Varga Market Research, included input from both E-PASS and cash customers. The survey results provide CFX an assessment of the customer opinions on various issues and services as well as overall customer satisfaction.
Notable Results:
- 97% of E-PASS customers reported overall satisfaction.
- 94% said they would recommend E-PASS to friends and family.
- 96% of those surveyed said they satisfied with the service they received from CFX’s Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s).
- 91% said they choose the tolled expressways because it saves time.
