CFX Consolidating E-Pass Customer Service Centers

The Westside E-PASS Customer Service Center, located at 8919 W. Colonial Drive, will close on Friday, May 25, 2018.

There are more options than ever for customers to manage their account.

Online: Customers can get an E-PASS, manage their account or pay an outstanding Pay By Plate invoice online at CFXway.com, 24/7, from any device, including a smartphone, tablet or desktop.

Drive-Up: Customers can get an E-PASS or add funds to an existing account during their commute at one of three drive-up Reload Lanes located on State Road 408 at the Conway toll plaza, State Road 417 at the John Young Parkway toll plaza, or on State Road 429 at the Forest Lake Main toll plaza.

In-Person: The Eastside E-PASS Customer Service Center, located at 762 South Goldenrod Road, is open between the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays.
