The Central Florida Expressway Authority and Orlando City Soccer Club are teaming up to help fans get home faster when leaving Sunday night’s home opener at the Citrus Bowl. Orlando City Soccer Club will pay for all tolls for drivers entering State Road 408 (Spessard Holland East-West Expressway) from Orange Blossom Trail (US Highway 441) on Sunday, March 8, 2015, between 7 PM and 8 PM.
Signs will be placed advising drivers that tolls on the ramps are paid and will not be collected. The signals at the plazas will be green. For their safety, CFX urges drivers to not stop at the ramp plazas during this time. Normal collection will resume at 8 PM.
