Thank you for your purchase of an E-PASS toll transponder! Whether you purchased an E-PASS sticker, Uni, or CollegePass, we’ve got you covered with the information you need to get started.
Below, you’ll find a guide on how to set-up your E-PASS account, how to install your transponder, how to manage your E-PASS toll account, and answers to the most common FAQs to help you troubleshoot and get the most out of your purchase.
Note: You only need ONE transponder per vehicle, and you must have an active E-PASS account. Please note that E-PASS transponders cannot be added to any other agency (SunPass, E-ZPass, etc.) accounts, they only work with an E-PASS account.

If you are a new E-PASS customer, you will need to create an E-PASS account when you activate your transponder. To open an E-PASS account, you will need your driver’s license, vehicle license plate number and a credit/debit card to set up your account. An initial deposit of $10 is required and will be available to use for payment of future tolls.
Whether you are a new or existing E-PASS customer, your new transponder must be added to your E-PASS account. Existing customers, can add this transponder to an existing vehicle or add a new vehicle to their account. You can activate your transponder whether online, via the E-PASS app, by calling the E-PASS Customer Service Center at (407) 823-7277, in person at the E-PASS Service Center or at the Reload Lanes.

When activating your Uni, your Transponder Number is the 13-digit “FL ID” code printed on the bar code sticker. The same number is also located on the back of your transponder.
