PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING
State Road 417 to Orlando Sanford International Airport Connector
Concept, Feasibility, and Mobility (CF&M) Study

In August 2022, the Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) began a Concept, Feasibility, and Mobility (CF&M) Study of the approximately two-mile-long, potential State Road 417 (Seminole Expressway) to Orlando Sanford International Airport Connector.

The study team is refining and evaluating transportation alternatives that will allow for better connectivity and ease future traffic growth in the area, as well as provide a direct connection from SR 417 to the airport.

Study findings along with refined alignments and interchange concepts will be presented to the public for feedback. The CF&M study involves analyses to determine feasibility based on traffic, engineering, economic and environmental evaluations. At the conclusion of this study, CFX will determine if the project is feasible based on these evaluations, as well as public input.

The public information meeting is being held both in-person and virtually on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Both the in-person and virtual meeting will present identical information and allow for discussion and questions with the study team. Please see below for details on how to participate:
