CENTRAL FLORIDA EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY RECOGNIZED FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

December 12, 2024 (Orlando, FL)  ̶  The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) is the recipient of the 2024 Customer Value Leadership Award from Frost & Sullivan.

The joint award recognizes CFX for its collaboration with AllianceOne Receivable Solutions, a Teleperformance company, on their unique partnership that continues to deliver a customer-first focus to CFX’s customer base, including more than three million residents and 72 million visitors that use the regional network of expressways in Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.

CFX partners with AllianceOne to deliver customer-facing and back-office processes, including customer service via voice and email channels and walk-in customer support, back-office mail handling and processing transponders for new accounts, reviewing images collected electronically through tolling technology, and payment processing. The partnership helps CFX achieve a high 97% customer satisfaction rating that also includes its roadways, toll operations, and customer service channels.
