Rick Pullum
Governor's Appointee
Mr. Frederick “Rick” Pullum was appointed to the CFX Board in April 2024 by Governor Ron DeSantis. He is a native Central-Floridian with a strong sense of community and desire to give back.
Mr. Pullum is an accomplished banking executive possessing a track record of effectively scaling financial organizations through rapid growth via revenue enhancements and managing complex transactions. He currently serves as President of One Florida Bank. His expertise spans asset/liability management, credit underwriting and administration, conflict resolution, complex negotiations, and motivational leadership of teams.
Mr. Pullum currently serves as chairman of the Florida Bankers Association (FBA) BankPac Board of Directors and is also involved in FBA’s Government Relations Council. He was recognized by Orlando Business Journal in the 2021 CEOs of the Year.
As an active member of his community, Mr. Pullum has served on the City of Orlando Historic Preservation Board, the Central Florida Sports Commission Advisory Board, the IDignity Board of Directors, Orange County Tourist Development Council, Blankner School Foundation, Inc., and the City of Orlando Downtown South Orlando Main Street District. He also served as an elder at the First Presbyterian Church of Orlando.
Mr. Pullum was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida State University.
