Thanks to our new partnership with PayPal, you can now add cash to your PayPal account and use those funds to conveniently reload your E-PASS account—no credit or debit card needed. It’s a simple, secure way to pay tolls your way.

Here’s how it works:

1. Add cash to your PayPal account at any PayPal retail partner
2. Download the E-PASS toll app via the App Store or Google Play Store
3. Select PayPal as your payment method in the E-PASS app
4. Use available PayPal funds to reload your E-PASS
