A new off ramp will open from westbound State Road 528 (Martin B. Andersen Beachline Expressway) to Innovation Way in east Orange County on Tuesday, July 11, following morning rush hour. This toll ramp will take the place of the old International Corporate Park Boulevard toll ramp (Exit 20), which will close the same day.
The new ramp is part of the State Road 528/Innovation Way Interchange project. Once open, this new ramp will allow drivers to exit westbound State Road 528 to Innovation Way, where they can either take a left and go over a brand new overpass bridge to Sunbridge Parkway, then connect drivers to Aerospace Parkway or International Corporate Park Boulevard; or they can take a right on Innovation Way, which leads to Alafaya Trail.
This $62.5 million project began in July 2016 and is expected to be complete early next year.
