CENTRAL FLORIDA EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY ANNOUNCES THE RELOCATION OF ITS E-PASS CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER MAGNOLIA AVENUE IN DOWNTOWN ORLANDO

(Orlando, FL, July 31, 2021)  ̶  The Central Florida Expressway Authority announces the relocation of its E-PASS Walk-In Customer Service Center from 762 S. Goldenrod Road to 525 S. Magnolia Avenue in the Central Business District in downtown Orlando, effective Monday, August 2, 2021.

Adjacent to Orlando City Hall, the newly renovated service center is nearly double the space of its current location and is equipped with enhanced technology, tailored to expedite service and exceed customers’ expectations.

The E-PASS Walk-In Customer Service Center hours of operation remain the same: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The address is: 525 S. Magnolia Avenue, Orlando.

The Goldenrod Road location permanently closes on Saturday, July 31, 2021.
