The Westside E-PASS Customer Service Center, located at 8919 W. Colonial Drive, will close on Friday, May 25.

There are more options than ever for customers to manage their account.

Online: Customers can get an E-PASS, manage their account or pay an outstanding Pay By Plate invoice online at, 24/7, from any device, including a smartphone, tablet or desktop.

Drive-Up: Customers can get an E-PASS or add funds to an existing account during their commute at one of three drive-up Reload Lanes located on SR408 at the Conway toll plaza, SR417 at the John Young Parkway toll plaza, or on SR429 at the Forest Lake Main toll plaza.

In-Person: The Eastside E-PASS Customer Service Center, located at 762 South Goldenrod Road, is open between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
