E-PASS customers who frequently travel Florida’s toll roads will benefit from the State’s new Toll Relief Program which runs from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. E-PASS customers do not need to sign up to be eligible for the Toll Relief Program, they just need to have two-axle vehicles, meet the minimum monthly toll transactions, and keep their account in good standing. The toll credit will be automatically posted to their accounts the following month.
HOW IT WORKS
• E-PASS customers with one transponder registered to their account who accrue more than 35 transactions per month on any Florida toll road will receive a 50% toll credit on the total of all toll transactions for that month.
• E-PASS customers with more than one transponder registered to their account will receive a 50% toll credit for each transponder with more than 35 transactions per month on any Florida toll road.
• E-PASS Commercial/Business Customers with vehicles with more than two axles will continue to benefit from the E-PASS Volume Savings Program that is currently in place. Under that program, E-PASS transactions per transponder with 40-79 will receive a 20% discount on tolls 80+ will receive a 25% discount on tolls.
