IMPORTANT E-PASS CUSTOMER INFORMATION AHEAD OF HURRICANE IAN

In preparation for Hurricane Ian, tolls have been suspended on Central Florida toll roads until further notice. Governor Ron DeSantis enacted the toll suspension at 5:00p.m. on September 27, 2022. This includes Central Florida Expressway Authority’s (CFX) 125 mile system. CFX will also close its headquarters and E-PASS Customer Service Walk-In Center.

CFX closure details due to Hurricane Ian are as follows:

  • CFX Headquarters, located at 4974 ORL Tower Road, Orlando, FL 32807 will temporarily close effective Wednesday, September 28 at 7:00 a.m. and resume regular hours of operation on Monday, October 3, 2022.
  • E-PASS Customer Service Walk-In Center, located at 525 S. Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL will be closed Wednesday, September 28 – Friday, September 30, 2022. Please monitor social media for extended closures if needed over the weekend.

The E-PASS Call Center will remain open with limited staffing. During this time, customers calling may experience longer than normal wait times. As always, CFX encourages all E-PASS customers to manage their account online or download the free E-PASS app.

CFX is actively monitoring the ongoing developments relating to Hurricane Ian and will update the website, as well as Facebook and Twitter with the latest announcements and closures.
